About Homeburg

Homeburg turns casual comfort into an 11-course burger omakase, run from a quiet Sukhumvit soi for just eight counter seats. Up a steep staircase in an unassuming building near Thonglor BTS, Chef Taiki strips away standard fine-dining stiff etiquette. Diners watch each course come together inches away—from rich egg custard layered with beef stock to tender Wagyu paired with fried Brussels sprouts. The burgers take center stage without distraction. Griddled patties get tracked to the second, served first stripped clean of vegetables on toasted milk bread, then sliced with tart green apple and blue cheese. The whole counter starts together, winding down with a malted scoop of Horlicks ice cream.

  • Synchronized Burger Omakase: Chef Taiki guides a synchronized, 11-course tasting menu centered on beef craft rather than casual dining.
  • Eight-Seat Chef Counter: Strictly limited to eight counter seats with advance bookings, creating a relaxed, kitchen-counter dynamic.
  • Technical Precision: Features stopwatch-timed patty grilling alongside meticulous savory courses like egg custard and fried sprouts.

  • An Unassuming Urban Hideaway

The venue is tucked within a weathered building, transforming finding it into part of an exclusive culinary adventure.

Hidden in what honestly looks like a slightly abandoned building, Homeburg doesn’t feel like a place you’d expect to find something special but that’s part of the charm.

  • Secluded Speakeasy-Style Arrival

A hidden entrance off Bangkok back alleys delivers a speakeasy discovery journey reserved for diners with confirmed bookings.

The entrance is quite secluded that the grab driver can't find and you won't relate it to a restaurant.
