About 鳥さわ 22 TORISAWA22

Second floor on Sukhumvit 49. This Tokyo transplant trades rowdy bar chaos for quiet charcoal focus. The kitchen serves a multi-course chicken omakase—each skewer turned over the coals for an even, savory char. Diners who avoid organ cuts find themselves converted by the grilled hearts and liver, kept tender through disciplined fire control. No drifting smoke, no rush—just a calm counter where the chef paces every skewer by hand.

  • Specialized Skewer Omakase: A multi-course tasting sequence focused entirely on chicken, from crisp skin to rare cuts like hatsumoto and chochin.
  • Offal for Skeptics: Careful charcoal timing and gentle tare turn cuts like hearts and liver into rich, tender highlights for hesitant diners.
  • Focused Counter Seating: A calm, smoke-free dining counter with limited seats overseen directly by the chef.
