About Ōre

Ōre strips away stuffy fine-dining rituals for a raw, 34-course culinary sprint staged right in front of six counter seats. Led by Chef Dimitrios, the kitchen bypasses textbook Michelin formulas to test boundary-pushing ideas directly on guests. Diners track cooks plating à la minute across an earthy, wood-lined room, fielding combinations like cucumber sparked by sansho pepper and stuffed mussel balanced with blackened banana on sculptural ceramics. Each cook steps up to introduce their own dish with unhurried precision. Then the tempo pivots—guests are guided into a darkened second room for dessert, where the crew cuts loose to Atlanta hip-hop.

  • Six-Seat Marathon: Only six counter guests per seating observe and interact directly with cooks presenting up to 34 experimental courses.
  • Mid-Meal Room Shift: Guests move from the light-filled main dining space into a moody, darkened room with high-tempo hip-hop for the dessert finale.
  • Avant-Garde Focus: Chef Dimitrios crafts high-risk flavor combinations leaning into fish, duck, and produce, served on sculptural tableware.
