Tucked down a quiet Khlong Toei soi, Greydient & Them gives coffee purists an unhurried perch shielded from city noise. Concrete tones, soft jazz, and dialed-in extractions. In-the-know regulars point straight to the single-origin V60 pour-overs and Honduras whisky barrel-aged roasts—all served in real glassware rather than throwaway cups. Upstairs, a second-floor hideaway offers power outlets and breathing room to settle in with a laptop, backed by attentive baristas who pour water the minute you sit. Banana bread, Basque cheesecake, and peanut butter mochas round out the counter, leaning restrained on sugar to let the espresso speak for itself.
