Set inside a refurbished multi-level shophouse, the ground floor opens directly onto the prep line before stairs lead up to casual, rustic dining rooms. Diners notice the kitchen’s focus on the five pillars of Thai seasoning—sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and texture—across an ingredient-focused tasting menu. The lineup features tender smoked beef tongue, charred pork belly, and E-san pork jerky resting in herbal broth, alongside spiced emperor fish and bowls of complimentary brown rice. The meal winds down with a warm palm sugar caramel.

Though our reservation was super last minute (booked it at 15:00-ish through Line for 2 people at 16:30) and they were okay with it! They were extremely kind and even accepted a bit of a delay because we got stuck in traffic.
