Perched on the third floor of the Millennium Hilton, this riverside dining room pairs prime Chao Phraya vistas with serious farm-to-fork cooking. Snag a seat along the open kitchen counter to watch the team fire dishes over the teppan while talking through provenance and cuts. The bar kicks off the night with custom pours—including a 300-bottle gin wall—before dinner turns toward charred marrow served on wooden blocks, tender river prawns in spiced coconut broth, and dry-aged Thai beef with a blistered crust. Massive floor-to-ceiling windows look straight across to ICONSIAM, keeping the room lit by river traffic well past dessert.
