A line forms right around 4:00 PM as the owner unpacks crates of ripe fruit and warm coconut sticky rice. Each mango is checked for ripeness by hand before getting peeled, carved, and packed into takeaway boxes with rich coconut milk and crispy mung beans. Portions range up to a two-mango feast, built for grabbing on the walk back from the MRT or settling in on a bench near Lumphini Park.
