Fall in Flavours Available from 7 October to 8 November 2026 Côte by Mauro Colagreco welcomes back a seasonal favourite, a limited-edition menu celebrating autumn at its most expressive. Guided by Chef Mauro Colagreco’s philosophy of harmony and reverence for Mother Earth, the menu follows the natural rhythm of the season, bringing together ingredients at their peak. From precious white truffles and foraged roots to vibrant berries and wild game, each creation captures the richness and delicacy of fall through refined technique, balance and precision.
